Erica Stolte

Erica is a Cum Laude graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting.

Erica had her first art show at the George Segal Gallery in Montclair, NJ last year showcasing her senior thesis paintings. She also earned her Associates of Fine Arts from Middlesex County College before transferring to Montclair in December 2014. While achieving her degree, she was an active sister in a sorority and maintained the Dean’s List throughout her entire college career as well as being a member of two honor societies.

  She always had a love for fashion and as a child wanted to be a fashion designer or have some career in the arts. She's never been a stranger to the stage though, growing up Erica was involved in dance, musical theatre, and Taekwondo. She started seeking modeling opportunities around the age of 16 and then put her full passion into full gear once she started college and was able to be more independent. Erica loves to travel and recently visited California, Arizona, New York, and Niagara Falls, Canada, all this past year. Nothing holds her back if she has her car she'll drive anywhere. Erica loves competing in pageants and modeling; she has been actively trying to break the boundaries for petite women in the fashion and modeling world.

  Her personal platform, "Keep Art Education In Our School System", is dedicated to providing art education and the freedom to allow children to use their creativity. She feels strongly about keeping the arts in the school curriculum because allowing children to use creativity is extremely important in this math and science driven school system.

Erica is also a strong believer in "STEAM" and supports it being used throughout our education system. She created a Facebook page to raise awareness by sharing links and updates on the benefits of art and creativity.
